Ingredients:
- small tin of tuna in olive oil (Sirena)
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 tomato
- ½ red capsicum
- juice of ½ a lemon
- avocado
Directions:
- in morning, chop and pack salad in lunch container: spinach, tomato, capsicum, avocado with lemon juice
- at lunch add tin of tuna
- eat with some brown rice thins
