Ingredients
- ½ cup frozen green peas
- a handful of chopped herbs (eg. parsley, basil, mint or all of them!)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- squeeze of lemon juice
- if you like garlic – a quarter of a teaspoon of crushed garlic
Directions
- boil the peas in water to cover for 5 minutes
- strain the peas
- add herbs, olive oil, lemon juice and garlic and stir through
