Ingredients
- 1 can lentils (drained)
- 1 handful of spinach/dandelion greens (chopped)
- ¼ red onion (chopped)
- ¼ herbs (chopped)
- balsamic vinegar
- olive oil (2 tablespoon)
Directions
- cover the chopped red onion with balsamic vinegar and leave for 10 minutes
- mix in the rest of the ingredients
- enjoy on its own or with some hommous
