Breakfast oats

Ingredients (this will make around one month supply)

  • 1kg cups of rolled oats
  • 500g of linseed/sunflower/almond mix (this is known as LSA mix in the stores) or you can make your own seed mix by buying whole seeds and nuts and grinding them in a spice/coffee grinder or food processor.

Directions

  • Mix together in an airtight container
  • Each day take half a cup of the mix and cover in almond milk (allow it to soak for around 15 minutes to soften and make it more digestible
